Customers are responsible for researching jellyfish and their environment before purchasing jellyfish. UK Jellyfish will not ask details regarding your aquarium set up, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide suitable environment for jellyfish purchased.
Shipping of Live goods.
Jellyfish are delivered either on the customers preferred delivery date (Customers can specify delivery dates in the delivery note field.) or if no information is provided the jellyfish will be shipped the next available date.
Dry goods.
UK Jellyfish provide dry goods, example; Aquariums, Food, Accessories… For information on our returns and refunds policy please click here. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
The dome aquarium & Medusa Mini Tank (https://ukjellyfish.co.uk/shop/jellyfish-accessories/medusa-mini-jellyfish-tank/) are hand made to order therefore return’s will not be accepted and no refund’s will be made once the order has been made.
4. Right to cancel
All customers have the right to cancel their orders under the The Distance Selling Regulations which gives consumers extra protection when buying online. Specific legislation here that applies is regulation of The Distance Selling Regulations.
You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time before the good is in transit this is the point UK Jellyfish accept the order.
If you are in possession of the goods you are not in a position to cancel.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.

For the supply of goods the price of which is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the retailer.
for the supply of good made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned.
